Outbound Appt setter

I'm looking for an experienced outbound appt setter to cold call a targeted list of customers on my behalf. I have a very specific list of people to target, and I am expecting the chosen freelancer to achieve success by making and scheduling appointments with those prospective customers. The success will be measured by the number of appointments made as a result of this project.
