I am looking for an online marketing specialist lives in India to help me with Digital Marketing full time remote job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate interest.
• Chat Engagement: Engage with website visitors through live chat, answer inquiries, and guide them towards product information or purchase.
• Lead Conversion: Effectively communicate product benefits, answer queries, and convince prospects to convert into customers.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Hindi with clear and articulate communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
A persuasive and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills for chat interactions and data entry.
Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
