Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales on mortgage inquiries coming from online via phone from any locations
- Target a diverse clientele: first-time home buyers, investors, and refinancing homeowners
- Offer a full range of mortgage products: fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and jumbo loans
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and close multiple leads simultaneously
- Knowledge of various mortgage products and market trends
