Negotiate and close real estate wholsale deals

I need someone who has experience in closing wholesale reale estate deals. I have a list of leads who have responded to my marketing to sell their house. I have sent a preliminary offer. I need someone who will follow up, negotiate and deliver signed contracts. I need someone who is experienced and confident with no thick accent.
