Need tele caller to handle medical/surgery sales calls ( only hindi language)

We provide marketing services to plastic surgeon. We have leads, patients who showed interest in gynecomastia surgery. This is warm lead. Your job is to
1) convince them for OPD video consultation (paid 500 rs consultation)
2) Later on, convince them for surgery (60,000 total cost for surgery plus hospital stay)
So, basically your job is to close the sale. You will get 20000 base salary plus 5000 commission on every surgery sold.
Our doctor is one of the premium doctor in the country. (who took care of president of India) In 300 km area, only 2 plastic surgeons are available. So, with right mind and right attitude, its easy to create atleast 10 sales in the month.

You must have some experience in voice call sales and if you have experience in medical line, thats big plus.
working is completely flexible. We expect 10-20 leads per day. So, you have to call as soon we hand you the lead's phone number and follow up whenever you like.
We will give you complete training and guide you through sales process.
