Need someone who can call my leads for my agency

I am looking for a skilled individual who can make calls on my behalf to potential clients for my marketing agency. The primary goal of these calls is appointment setting. I am targeting individuals as my leads. The ideal candidate for this job should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making cold calls, and have experience in appointment setting. Additionally, knowledge of marketing and sales would be a plus.
