Need freelancer marketing agent to bring in clients

Need a freelancer marketing agent who can send emails and make outbound calls for selling my ERP and E-Commerce products to local clients. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience. Your task is to bring in new clients, who are interested in purchasing my products.
For email marketing, an email ID can be provided. But will have to use your own phone to call in the USA. This will be commission-based earnings so don’t bother to bid if you can’t do it on commission.
IMPORTANT: None of the data will be provided, you will have to find leads on your own. Must be fluent at English communication. Prices will be finalized after a detailed discussion. USA resident preferred.
