I'm looking to build a brand new job out of a family team of telemarketers and telemarketers. – Full-time and part-time opportunities from Monday to Friday.
I teach a sales process (20%) that gives people a structure that relies on you to promote yourself (80%). So I'm looking for confident people who have great listening skills, a warm approach to the phone, a very positive attitude and a desire to keep improving. As a trainer/mentor, my students' desire to learn and improve is paramount. If you embrace day-to-day development, your results will keep improving, and if you're improving and meeting minimum standards, you'll have a perpetual opportunity.
The role will be cold calls to UK small businesses, arranging emails and follow up calls or initial appointments will contact our existing clients for reorders/referrals and new orders. Once competent in direct marketing, the best will go into commission sales.
