Mortgage Loan Officer Virtual Assistant & Lead Caller

I'm in need of a proactive virtual assistant with experience in the mortgage loan sector. The primary focus of this role will be cold calling potential leads and handling customer follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential mortgage loan leads.
- Customer Engagement: Manage follow-ups with customers to sustain interest and build rapport.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry and tracking leads to streamline our processes.
As for the cold calling scripts, I will provide some pre-written ones, but I also expect the virtual assistant to create some on their own. I will provide guidance as needed.
The ultimate goal of this project is to generate more qualified leads for our mortgage loan services.
