Medication Services Company - Lead Generation via Telemarketing

I need a dedicated telemarketing specialist fluent in English to help generate leads for my med management / med adherence company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential consumers via cold calling
- Be empathetic and patient, communicate clearly
- Promote the benefits of our services
- Generate and cultivate leads for our sales team
- Be able to work mornings and evenings
Ideal Skills:
- Minimum high school graduate, college graduate preferred
- Computer skills, familiar with Word/Excel
- Proven experience in telemarketing and outbound sales
- Used / worked with a CRM platform
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience with healthcare/technology is a plus
- Preferably a U.S. Citizen
Your primary role will be targeting individual consumers, specifically elderly patients, so an understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to tailor your approach accordingly will be beneficial. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our customer base.
