Marketing call process jobs

I'm looking for someone to help with a marketing call process for an existing business that I manage. The goal of this process is for the purpose of establishing contact - so it will involve making phone calls to potential customers and clients. The right person for this project should have experience with making phone calls and must be very personable on the phone.
