I am focusing on areas where new properties that are about to be developed 100% and are near to handover to landlords
Meaning, I am focusing on working with those landlords whose property is about to be available to them. Which in turn, will require landlords to rent their property
Your job is simple. I provide you with numbers. You call these landlords and check if they want to rent their property or not. If yes, you will tell them that you will connect them with your agent on the ground
You will be required to do some research before you start making these calls. Meaning, familiarize yourself with the area where the property is located. Familiarize with prices in the area. I will help you with all of that
I am looking to work with someone on long term basis. Someone who is reliable and delivers on their word. And most importantly, really flexible to deal with.
