Looking for outbound telemarketers
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are a Kolkata-based IT company providing telecommunication services to offshore companies since 2007. We currently have openings for outbound telemarketers who are interested in selling our services to USA consumers. We are hiring people who are available to work part-time Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM EST till 1:15 PM EST including 15 minutes breather.
The candidate would be required to login into our vici dialer, answer automated outbound calls, and pitch our services ultimately leading to sales. This position is the right fit for someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a huge potential to grow & excel in life. Initially, we are starting with a part-time shift but if things work out the way we are expecting, we will be willing to ramp up and increase your work hours from the second week itself. DDV & training will be provided by the client and there would be zero cost for the associate who is willing to join us. We are looking for both experienced and freshers (Male/Female) provided they speak fluent English ( no exceptions ). Our motive is to offer our employees the best pay in the industry and ensure that if you are a sales rockstar, you are well taken care of.
We are looking for candidates who are not scared of taking back-to-back outbound calls and be completely available during their shift hours. The candidate should have great internet speed ( download & upload ) and noise cancellation headphones. Everything call is monitored and call reports are discussed at the end of the shift to ensure productivity. Again, this job is only for those who want to give themselves a better life and belief in doing wonders. The candidate who is willing to join us should be punctual, should be able to show up at work every day, and should not be facing technical issues every day.
