We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Facebook Ads agency as a Cold Caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, conducting initial discussions, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Set appointments with clients for our sales team to further discuss our services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Compensation: This is a commission-based position with an excellent earning potential.
