Looking for a English Speaking Telemarketer that can call Apartment Buildings

We are looking for a telemarketer to call Apartment buildings to asking if they have a tenant referral program. This will go on for 3 weeks. Pretty easy as no selling is required, just asking questions. English must be clear and must have own dialling system with daily reporting.
