We partner with a wide range of host companies, including hotels and restaurants, to facilitate the placement of J1 visa participants.
Job Responsibilities:
As a J1 Visa Placement Associate, you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with potential host companies. Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to hotels, restaurants, and other relevant host companies to promote our J1 visa program.
2. Communicating effectively to explain the benefits of the program and address any concerns or queries from host companies.
3. Identifying suitable host companies based on their industry, location, and specific requirements.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with host companies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
2.This position requires a quiet home office environment and access to free or low cost phone call to US based companies
3. Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with host companies and deliver persuasive pitches.
4. Past experience in a customer service, sales, or similar role involving direct communication with clients is preferred.
5. Familiarity with the J1 visa program and its requirements is a plus, but not mandatory.
