Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B prospecting primarily via cold calls
- Create lists of qualified leads based on pre-defined criteria

1. Have a passion for lead generation
2. Possess an active LinkedIn profile
3. Provide a brief overview of your sales process
4. Be available for 2 to 4 hours daily, with flexible hours for prospecting
5. Be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese

Note: This position is salaried, not commission-based. The fixed salary (to be agreed upon) includes a mobile plan.
