Lead Generation in Telecom Industry

My main goal is to generate billing calls, through Google ads campaigns of telecom companies in the USA like Spectrum, Xfinity, and COX.
This campaign will be drawn specifically for an audience aged 35 and above. The main purpose is to communicate with this specific age group and bring them closer to our spectrum of services. I am looking for freelancers who have:
