I am looking for a skilled sales and client service specialist to assist in improving our lead generation and customer relationship management processes. Currently, we generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and advertising. The end goal is to cultivate client relationships and convert into profitable business opportunities.
Tasks Involved:
- Fine-tune our current lead generation strategies
- Develop or advise on CRM strategies.
Ideal Skills:
- proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- practical knowledge of digital marketing
- expertise in cold calling and networking
