Lead Conversion Specialist for Online IT Training Program
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am running an online IT training program and am looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can convert leads into customers. You will be provided with a database of potential leads, and your responsibility will be to contact them through phone calls, build rapport, and encourage them to join our training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Call leads from the provided database and engage them in a meaningful conversation about the benefits of our IT training program.
Answer any questions they may have and provide relevant information to help them make an informed decision.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the training program and overcome any objections.
Close sales by converting leads into paying customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and track progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead conversion, sales, or telemarketing (preferably in the education or training industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential customers.
Knowledge of IT or education-related programs is a plus.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
