Lead Conversion Specialist for Dropshipping Store

I'm looking for a dedicated individual, preferably female, to help convert leads into customers for my dropshipping store. You will primarily be reaching out to leads through phone calls and text messages, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call and text leads to encourage purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Foster positive customer relationships to increase conversion rates

Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in sales
