Lead Calling : Calling Warm Leads and converting them into sale

Job Background:

- we are hiring for an Education Company based in India
- Product is an Educational Program
- Leads age group is 18-25 (college going/recent graduates)
- we are Visionary and looking for someone who works with us long term in this journey


Job role :

1. Calling Warm Leads (who know us very well and what we have to offer)
2. Converting them into Sale
3. Following up with them and converting them into Sale

Salary :

1. For First 2 Months : Commission Based (10% of Each Sale)

For first 2 months you will be undergoing through our smooth Training process (including practical tasks for practise)

2. After 2 Months : Fixed Base ( between ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 depending upon the performance in last 2 months) + Commission (10% -15% of Each Sale) + Monthly performance bonus
