Summary:
The Cold Caller is responsible for generating new leads and sales by making outbound calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through cold calling
• Qualify leads and determine their needs
• Follow up with leads after the initial call
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on the phone
• Circle prospecting
• Track and report on sales activities
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of cold-calling real estate experience
• 3+ years sales experience is a must
• Experience in calling FSBO and expired listings is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle rejection and persevere in the face of adversity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
