Kannada-Speaking Telecaller for B2C Sales

I'm looking for a native Kannada speaker who can work as a telecaller, making sales calls to individual customers (B2C). Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound sales calls, pitching our products/services to potential customers in a convincing manner
- Maintaining a professional and positive rapport with customers over the phone
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Documenting and updating all call information accurately in the CRM
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in outbound sales and possess exceptional phone etiquette. Being a native Kannada speaker is crucial for this role to ensure effective communication and customer engagement. A background in telecalling in the B2C sector will be a huge plus.
