Inside Sales Real Estate Specialist (Inside Sales Disposition Specialist)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a real estate investment firm, we specialize in the acquisition and resale of investment properties to our clients.
* Hours: Full time (8 hours required)
* Pay Structure: $4/hour + Commissions
* Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of calls to investors to sell current properties and establish trust.
* Make follow-up calls to Buyers List
* Tracking through company systems.
Qualifications:
* Sales experience is a plus, preferably in Real Estate.
* Must be proactive in problem solving.
* Learn fast and fast to think
* Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
