Inbound telemarketing

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me launch an inbound telemarketing campaign targeting schools. The goal of the campaign is to onboard schools in our organization's movement. I require 15-20 hours of telemarketing services per week. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and implementing a successful telemarketing campaign. Knowledge of consumer psychology and marketing strategies would be a plus. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can effectively facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders.
