As a fast-growing IT company, I am seeking capable specialists with an intermediate level of experience in handling inbound customer calls. Your primary duties will involve addressing queries, troubleshooting, or directing requests to the relevant departments.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally within the IT sector
- Intermediate expertise in managing inbound calls effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of IT terminology and processes, highly preferred
