Inbound Ride Sharing Customer Care

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Taxi Dispatch Customer Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and dispatching taxi drivers to pick up passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone.
- Dispatch taxi drivers to pick up passengers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
- Monitor and track taxi drivers to ensure that they are meeting service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with taxi dispatch software and technology is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
