Inbound Phone Calls

I am looking for a freelancer to provide inbound call support for my business. The successful candidate will be expected to answer incoming calls from potential customers 7AM EST-6PM EST Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST on Saturday, and with no answering service on Sundays. I will provide any necessary training and will ensure the candidate is well-versed in my product. The successful candidate must have excellent listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information and solve customer issues. The focus is booking appointments for auto repair and auto body shop.
