I am looking for someone to provide inbound call support for my retail business. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and be able to handle high call volumes of 51-100 calls per day.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via telephone
- Providing basic customer service support
- Resolving customer complaints
- Documenting customer interactions
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of retail industry
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Experience with customer service
Compensation:
I am willing to pay $25/hour talking time + bonuses + bonuses for the right candidate.
