Job description
Roles and Responsibilities : We are hiring directly for a UK based Accident Management company that has office in Noida 62. The company is involved in Road Traffic Accident management activities. They provide full after service after a client has had a non fault accident. Your Job will involve:
1. Taking Inbound calls from UK based customers that have had an accident on the road.
2. Inputting their details along with the accident circumstances in to the online Portal.
3. Transferring the call to the UK department.
4. Maintaining your case load so that to make sure each case is dealt promptly by the UK departments.
5. Try to upsell Injury Claims, that is to pitch to them to claim compensation for injury if they have had any.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Desired Candidate will have a very good command over verbal and written English language. They should have excellent listening skills as UK has got different accents in different regions so the candidate needs to understand them. Ideally should have experience in International BPO but not mandatory as full training is provided. We need someone who has the desire to progress and earn great money.
