We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Cold Callers at SWIDS Media. As a cold caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and securing new business opportunities for our agency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our agency and persuade prospects to engage in further discussions.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends and competition to effectively position our agency in the market.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. Successful candidates will earn a competitive commission on each closed deal, in addition to potential bonuses for exceeding targets.
