Hiring Cold Calling Reps

I am looking to hire cold calling reps to target an international client base. I have put together job descriptions and scripts for the positions, as well as specifying that I am targeting an IT industry/products. The cold calling reps should have knowledge of cold calling practices and a firm understanding of the target industry and relevant products. They must be able to make an effective sales pitch while answering customer questions promptly and accurately. Cold calling reps must also be comfortable making cold calls and have a friendly demeanor.
