As a Telemarketing Executive of our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Forex trading products and services to potential clients. Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication platforms.
2. Educate clients about our Forex trading products, services, and investment opportunities.
3. Understand clients' trading needs and goals, and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Achieve sales targets and strive for higher income through commissions and bonuses based on performance.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the Forex or financial services industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of the Forex market, trading strategies, and investment products.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively handle objections.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients' financial information.
9. Fluency in spoken Hindi (additional language skills are a plus).
