I'm looking for a customer support FEMALE telecaller who can handle phone calls in both Hindi and English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer support over the phone, in both Hindi and English
- Helping with general inquiries and troubleshooting customers' issues
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions
Required Skills:
- Fluent in both Hindi and English
- Prior experience in customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
- Good time-management and organizational skills
