High-Ticket Appointment Setters Needed

Project Description:
We are seeking experienced and motivated appointment setters to join our high-ticket consulting business targeting entrepreneurs, freelancers, law firms, notaries, and SMEs across Europe. This is a commission-only role with no upfront payments or base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Source and contact warm leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or phone
- Qualify prospects and book 3–5 qualified sales calls per day (15–25 per week)
- Ensure appointments meet our criteria: decision-makers only, confirmed attendance (70%+ show-up rate)
- Track performance through CRM (GoHighLevel)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Comfortable working on a performance-based model
Compensation:
- Setter-only: €100–€250 commission per sale generated from booked appointments
- Setter + Closer: 10%–25% commission per closed deal (average deal size: €1,200–€1,500)
