Help with calling clients in real estate

I am looking to outsource help with calling clients in the real estate industry. The purpose of the calls is to generate leads. I have a list of clients already, so setting up the calls should be straightforward. I am available to take calls in the morning and afternoon. I also am looking to generate leads of people I don't know. Cold calling for sale by owner: I can provide a script. The applicant should be used to hearing no and perhaps being hung up on. But be pleasant and polite.
