Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Dialers for Health Plan Eligibility. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to low-income prospects using the data provided, to determine their eligibility for $0 health plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to individuals and families identified as potential candidates for $0 health plans.
Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner to gather necessary information.
Assess eligibility criteria based on provided guidelines and accurately record findings.
Provide clear and concise information about available health plan options and benefits.
Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of each prospect's status and outcomes.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
