HRMS Software Tele-caller for Tech Industry.

I'm in need of an experienced Tele-caller who can assist me in generating leads for my HRMS Software, targeted towards the Technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of our HRMS software
- Identify and qualify leads to hand over to our sales team
- Provide detailed notes on each call, including actionable feedback to improve our approach
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a tele-caller, particularly in the B2B space
- Strong understanding of HRMS software and the Technology industry
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Track record of successful lead generation
- Knowledge of CRM software would be a plus
