Full Time Outbound Caller Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
**NOTE: This job requires full weekend availability**
You will work 8 hours per day for 5 days per week. You can pick any two days off, but they must be the same days each week and cannot be Saturday or Sunday
We need a full time outbound caller with perfect English to call Real Estate leads.
You must be available to respond to leads and make calls between the hours of 10:00am to 9:00pm Eastern Time (North America). You will call each person within 5 minutes as they come in, and update the CRM with the results.
You will also make outbound calls to older leads. We will supply you with a power dialer and CRM, and give you full training.
Here are the job requirements
- Be available between 10:00am to 9:00pm Eastern Time (North America) for 8 hour shifts on five days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
- Must respond to every incoming lead with a phone call within 5 minutes
- You will also use a power dialer to call lists of leads supplied to you
- You will update the CRM with the results of each call. You will also follow up each lead in the CRM over time, to build relationships with the leads and pass them to our local Real Estate team members when they are ready to buy or sell a home.
You should have the following skills:
- ***Perfect English. You need to sound like you were born and raised in Canada or USA.
- Awake and available to work 10am to 9pm EST - even if it is night time where you live.
- Friendly and great people skills, great with customer service
- Previous experience as a Real Estate inside sales agent
This job will pay $5-6 per hour. Pay may increase over time if performance is good.
