Full-Time Appointment Setter (25,000 INR/per month + commissions up to 100,000 INR per deal)

We are a global influencer marketing agency based in the United States. We are currently seeking a motivated setter to support our team. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls and booking appointments between brand decision-makers and our executive closers. This role is fast-paced, remote, and ideal for someone looking to break into high-ticket sales and marketing.
Hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Compensation: 25,000 INR Per Month, You will also receive 5% commission on ALL closed deals successfully set by you, with payouts ranging from approximately 6,000 INR to 100,000 INR per deal.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or cold calling.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Office 365 and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
