Freelance Telecaller(Female voice) – Lead Generation (India Only)

We are looking for an experienced calling freelancer to connect with our existing and prospective customers. The goal is to introduce our company and generate qualified leads. The freelancer will be responsible for making ~100 calls per day using our provided calling software (to be installed on their phone).

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers from provided lists.
2. Introduce company profile and explain our products/services.
3.Record customer responses and mark interested leads.
4. Update call details in CRM/calling software daily.
5. Work flexibly between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Indian time).

Requirements:

Based in India (as per telecom regulations).

Must have:

1. A smartphone with an empty SIM slot (for native SIM-based calls).
2. A laptop/desktop with stable internet.
3. Prior experience in sales calling / telemarketing / customer acquisition.
4. Fluent in Hindi and English.
5. Must be comfortable with lead tracking and daily reporting.

Compensation:

Payment based on performance:

1. ₹X per connected call (with minimum duration).
2. ₹Y per qualified lead generated.
(We can finalise X & Y based on mutual discussion)

Monitoring and call logs will be verified through our software.
All Leads to be input in our CRM software
