As we grow into frozen food products, cloud kitchens, and catering services, we’re looking to expand our dynamic sales team with Freelance Field Sales and Telephonic Sales Representatives who share our hunger for success.
? What You'll Do
Freelance Field Sales Role:
Build and promote our frozen food range across local markets, retail outlets, and supermarkets in Kolkata.
Connect with event planners, offices, clubs, and institutions to offer catering packages.
Visit leads generated from marketing and digital campaigns.
Maintain daily reports of sales activities and follow-ups.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring consistent monthly targets are met.
Telephonic Sales Role:
Call and follow up on warm leads generated through online marketing and promotions.
Pitch frozen foods and catering solutions to residential societies, offices, and event organizers.
Maintain Google Sheets or CRM logs for calls, interests, and conversion status.
Coordinate with the field team for physical follow-ups when needed.
Provide feedback on call scripts and customer objections to improve conversion rates.
? Who You Are
Experience in FMCG, hospitality, food tech, or catering sales is a big plus.
Fluent Bengali, Hindi, and English (telephonic fluency is a must).
Freelancers must have their own bike and be willing to travel locally.
Telephonic sales reps should have a quiet home setup and basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Self-driven, punctual, and target-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
Preferably based in South Kolkata, but other regions are welcome to apply.
