Key Tasks:
- Lead Management: Overseeing and nurturing potential leads to convert them into clients.
- CRM Data Entry: Ensuring all relevant data is accurately entered into Follow Up Boss.
- Call Leads: Contacting potential leads to assess their interest and potential as clients.
Ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent in English and Spanish: The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of leads is crucial.
- An Intermediate User of Follow Up Boss: You should have a solid understanding of this CRM software and be able to navigate it with ease.
- Skilled in Data Entry: Attention to detail is key in ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
Experience in generating reports would be an advantage, but is not a primary focus of this role.
