First phone contact with leads, to sort out potential customers

Hello,
we have 800+ leads all over Europe, and an average of 60 new leads per month.
We need to sort out potential customers among them, so we are searching for someone to call them and ask a few initial questions, so as to sort out the companies that can be potential customers at a later stage, and disregard all of the others. This is the essential task required by the job.
The "good" leads will be then managed by a sales representative inside our company who will follow up and try to build a sales pipeline.
We use a cloud CRM (LACRM) for contacts management so a short training on the usage of our CRM is required: all interactions must necessarily be noted down in the CRM.
Other similar jobs can follow if this task is handled in the correct way, we have room for growth.
Requirements:
English essential, any other language is a plus.
Phone line and equipment, PC with Internet access open in front of you while calling, to note down on the CRM the notes from the phone call.
