Find (semi) technical sales people in each European country for selling solar components to solar panel installation companies

Project Description:
I am looking for (semi) technical sales people in each European country to help me sell solar components to solar panel installation companies. The ideal candidates should have no technical knowledge required as they will be primarily focused on sales.
Communication with the salespeople will be done primarily through telephone, so strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships over the phone are essential.
I am looking to find 1-5 sales people in each country, who can effectively promote and sell our solar components to potential clients.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Sales experience in the solar industry or a similar technical field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of the solar industry and its components (preferred but not required)
The work can be done ONLINE, software is available, databases with prospects is available, work is on commission base.
