Key Responsibilities:
Manage telecalling activities including lead generation, follow-up, and customer service.
Communicate effectively with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers regarding our teleradiology services.
Explain our services, including E-Reporting and remote radiology solutions.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
Ensure prompt follow-up and maintain client records.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in telecalling, especially within the radiology or teleradiology sector.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with healthcare and teleradiology terminology is preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
