Female Telecaller for Customer Support Services
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
For our ongoing project, we are in need of a telecaller who can efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls.
KEY TASKS:
- Handle incoming customer support queries.
- Make outbound calls as per data given.
PAYMENT:-
For each outbound calls done Rs 5/- per call will be given and Rs 15/- incoming call received will be given.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient use of telephony software is mandatory, as it will be the
- We do not require knowledge in a specific industry, but candidates with expertise in Telecalling will be given preference.
- Should be Indian native.
Our ideal telecaller is someone who is quick, capable, and maintains a cool head under pressure. You should be able to handle frustrated customers and be an active listener.
