Roles and Responsibilities
Lead generation, and manage a sales pipeline
Identifying uncovered areas and generating leads
Appointment of new clients with convert in business
Regular follow-ups with potential customers.
Handling queries/escalations by customers/consumers
Ensuring proper & timely responses to queries/complaints with proper solutions
Improving business by following proper procedures & norms.
Achieving/surpassing assigned targets.
