Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, driven, and persistent individual to join us as a Family Befriender. In this role, you'll play a key part in engaging with families, building trust, and guiding them through the sign-up process for our programmes. Your goal is to create meaningful relationships while consistently achieving sign-up targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Call and WhatsApp families to introduce and explain our programmes daily
Build rapport and trust with families over time
Consistently follow up with families to address concerns and encourage sign-up
Be proactive and persistent in closing sign-ups and renewals
Accurately update CRM records with each interaction
Complete all administrative steps of the sign-up process
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of families contacted
Number of successful sign-ups
Requirements
Strong communicator who is patient, persuasive, and passionate about helping families
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and admin skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and Hubspot CRM
Highly responsive and proactive during designated work hours
Working hours are on Fridays - Sundays (Singapore Time)
